Refund policy

All of Nora Luce's products are handmade, so sometimes it can be understood that they may have small differences and/or imperfections that are not attributable to a manufacturing defect, but to the particularity and material of the product, which is entirely handcrafted.
Edging and finishing may differ from what is displayed on our website. Nora Luce lampshades are made at the time of order, so the fulfillment of your order takes up to a maximum of 7 business days.

Returns and refund policy:
We are of the old school of thought that the customer is always right and our goal is your satisfaction. So if you were not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to solve any problems.

Complaints: complaints about defective, broken or delivered products in visibly undamaged packaging must be received within the next day after receipt of the products. Disputes arrived after this time limit will not be accepted. In order to apply the return clause for defective/damaged products, ACCEPT SHIPMENT WITH RESERVE i.e. by placing a reservation on the waybill before signing for acceptance.
If you receive one or more lampshades damaged in transit, please do not throw away the packaging, but contact us immediately at the email address: info@noraluce.com so that we can schedule pickup and replacement of the damaged items. Photographic documentation is essential for instructing a claim to our freight forwarder.
It is important to accept WITH RESERVE upon delivery by the Courier in order to process a refund for damaged goods.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the items within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery. We will provide a full refund of your purchase (excluding any additional shipping costs) within 5 days of receiving the goods in stock and after careful evaluation of their integrity.

When the right of withdrawal lapses:
The right of withdrawal lapses totally in cases where Nora Luce ascertains:
- Even partial use of the lampshade.
- The lack of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;
- The damage of the product for causes other than its transport.

Customers who purchase with VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal
