Shipping policy
Shipping method:
Our lampshades are shipped by DHL.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to the address indicated in your order.
Delivery time:
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 business days. (Our lampshades are handmade and therefore require ad hoc processing.)
Once shipped the estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days depending on the shipping address.
Cancellations:
You may cancel yours at no extra charge if you have not yet received the shipping confirmation e-mail. If payment has already been made, we will refund the full amount spent.
If your order has already been entrusted to the courier, you may return it upon receipt and we will send you a refund equal to its value (except for any extra charges attributable to shipping).
